At Elloway, we believe thoughtfully curated pieces are worth the wait. We partner with carefully selected suppliers and makers who ship products directly to our customers, allowing us to offer a unique collection without compromising on quality.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

During holidays, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier, and destination.

For most orders, you can expect delivery within:

  • United States: Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days
  • International: Delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout when available.

Please note that all delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed.


Multiple Shipments

To bring together products from trusted suppliers around the world, items within the same order may ship separately.

If your order arrives in multiple packages, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been shipped.


Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while your order is in transit.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@liveelloway.com.

While we'll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee address updates once an order has entered processing.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We'll work directly with our suppliers and shipping partners to investigate the issue and help find the best possible resolution.
