At Elloway, we believe the pieces you bring into your home should be chosen with confidence. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
- Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Starting a Return
To request a return, please email hello@liveelloway.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for your return
Once your request has been reviewed, we'll provide return instructions along with the appropriate return address for your item.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Because Elloway partners with multiple trusted suppliers, return addresses vary by product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Elloway cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@liveelloway.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and its packaging
We'll work directly with our supplier to arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund whenever applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Perishable goods
- Opened or used personal care products
- Hazardous materials or flammable products
If you're unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, simply return your eligible purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected by the appropriate supplier, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
